The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the lobby offered all the basic amenities (toothbrushes & toothpaste, tea bags, etc.)

near JR Hamada station, quick check-in and very helpful staff. Sent them message to help reserve seats for Iwami Kagura performance. They helped us with the reservations, as well as helped us arrange taxi to & fro the shrine (location of the performance) since it’s a night performance and distance is about 2-3km from hotel.

The breakfast buffet included in the room price was a blessing because there weren't other options in the immediate station area.

Breakfast is included with the booking. Plenty of laundry machines to use. Membership has some benefits that off-cut cost after first stay.
